Your child’s Admission Application is not considered complete until your child has been interviewed and you have submitted all required documents to the school.

Please bring the following documents to your interview:- Birth Certificate
- Last Report Card or Progress Report for grades 1 to 8
- Standardized test scores for grades 1 to 8, when applicable
- When applicable, the current Individualized Education Plan (IEP) on file with the Committee for Special Education (CSE) for all grades
- If applicable, 504 Recommendation for all grades
- If Catholic: certificates of any/all sacraments received
